ZONE MANAGER - RADIO NETWORK ROLLOUT

MAIN OBJECTIVE

Responsible for all site roll out activities in the zone.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

- Supervise construction works and telecom implementation in the specific Phase
- Ensure that the BTS site rollout follows the roll out plan
- Follow up and escalation of action points with sub-contractors and internally
- Coordinate and manage activities in the BTS Site Acquisition, Construction Works and Telecom Implementation rollout
- Ensure that the CW and TI Materials and Equipment demand plan correlates to the zone rollout forecast
- Inform the Roll Out Manager about all identified risk items in the phase and what actions have been and/or will be taken to eliminate them
- Prepare and secure all required BTS Phase rollout related documentation
