FOR OUR CLIENT ACTIVE IN TELECOMMUNICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR A TECHNICAL WRITER!

START: ASAP

DURATION: Minimum of 1 year

LOCATION: Herentals

LANGUAGE: English (and Dutch)

Your main mission is to gather and draft various technical documents intended for operational support of the new EOS TV platform. You will be responsible for the writing of operational documentation, procedures and usecases of the new EOS TV platform.

You will be assisted by TV Support and E2E SI Engineers, and it is your task to tal with Engineers and ask for the necessary information to write the operational documentation.

The documentation you generate are to be approved by your SPOC and Manager from TV Support.

Requirements

- You will have access to the new EOS TV production platform
- You will have access to the HZN4/HZNGo information portal
- Internal and External Contacts
- Internal Contacts - You are working for the TV Support department and interact with the SPOC and Manager from TV Support
- External Contacts - You will be alocated next to the E2E SI team in Herentals and work together with the E2E SI Engineers
- You report to the TV Support SPOC and by extension the TV Support Manager
