Year 6 Teacher

We are currently working with a Corby Primary School to find a reliable and enthusiastic Year 6 teacher on a full time basis with an immediate start.

This traditional Primary school in Corby is looking for a fully qualified and experienced Key Stage 2 practitioner. As the role is a full time, long term position, planning and preparation will be expected (this will be paid accordingly).

The successful teacher will need to have good classroom management skills, be understanding and committed to the pupils and to raising standards in the class.

As the successful Year 6 Teacher you will need to;
- Be a newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) or have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE, GTP or Bachelor of education.
- Have the ability and experience of teaching in Year 6.
- Have strong classroom management skills.
- Be able to deal with challenging behaviour
- Have a creative approach to teaching.
- Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team.
- Possess the passion to teach Year 6.
