Year 1 Teacher- Huntingdon

Simply Education are working with a school in the Huntingdon area to find a year 1 teacher. The teacher must be fully qualified with experience in a primary school setting. The successful applicant must have a thorough knowledge of the National Curriculum in particular Key Stage 1.

The position is to start in September and is to cover maternity for a year. The school is becoming an academy in September and they need a solid teacher to join them in this exciting journey. The teacher must be enthusiastic and have excellent communication skills with both the children and the parents.

To be a successful KS1 teacher you will need to;
-Be a Qualified Teacher holding QTS with a PGCE, GTP or Bachelor of education.
-Have the ability and experience of working in a KS1 environment.
-Have strong classroom management skills.
-Be adaptable to all working surroundings.
-Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team.
