Scope of Work:

Small Cells Architecture incorporating new Small Cells Platforms into the Operators network. Manages the overall investigation, evaluation, and impact of new technologies applications, Works closely with vendor resources and other partner teams for successful product planning and delivery. Translates   requirements into product design documentation. Recommends appropriate courses of action for new technology implementation and deployment strategy. Reports on progress and issues to AT&T leads and management. Manages RAN vendors and Small Cell Platforms for successful deliverables
