Workstream Lead - AML/KYC

An immediate opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workstream Lead - AML/KYC to join our client, a global leading investment bank based in London

Key responsibilities of the Workstream Lead - AML/KYC will include:
-Accountable for the delivery of all aspects of Process and Procedures outputs for the programme's outputs globally
-Identify current and future demand from each of the workstreams to own nominated support function
-Provide functional expertise/input to business requirements and solution design
-Reconcile changes occurring in the nominated function and the programme workstreams
-Ensure all functional activity is driven by the plan, with effective tracking and measurement
-Produce the Terms of Reference for the functional stream
-Contribute to the overall solution design

The ideal Workstream Lead - AML/KYC will possess the following attributes/skills:
-Knowledge and experience of leading Front Office and Middle Office process and procedure change in global compliance programmes
-Experience of large scale, regulatory programmes in a commercial banking environment, particularly Trade Finance
-Knowledge of CDD, KYC, sanctions and AML is essential
