Workstream Lead

JOB TITLE: WORKSTREAM LEAD

LOCATION: LONDON

CONTRACT

SALARY: £380 - £430

STANTON HOUSE IS PLEASED TO BE SUPPORTING ONE OF OUR KEY CLIENTS, A LEADING GLOBAL PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY AS THEY LOOK TO FIND AN EXPERIENCED WORKSTREAM LEAD/PROJECT MANAGER SUPPORT THE EXISTING TEAM WITHIN THIRD PARTY MANAGEMENT WHICH IS A WORKSTREAM WITHIN A MULTI-YEAR GLOBAL PROGRAMME TO PROTECT INFORMATION.

Role Responsibilities:

- Manage the overall project plan and prioritise project activity.
- Manage resources to ensure that the project has the required skills and are properly utilised.
- Manage overall project level risks, issues, and dependencies and manage escalations when appropriate.
- Align change related activity across the third party management workstream.
- Ensure that Programme Governance processes are followed.
- Plan and facilitate necessary workstream meetings.
- Produce weekly status reports.
- Coordinate activities with workstream deployment manager(s).

Skills required:

- An understanding of security practices and how they are applied to suppliers and other third parties.
- Proven experience in change impact assessment, business readiness and deployment of best practice methods and tools.
- Proven delivery of complex global projects across multiple departments with the ability to drive alignment and rapid decision making.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement with senior leaders.
- Excellent team management across different time zones.
- Excellent written communication of options, recommendations and decisions to manage alignment through the programme governance structure.
- Strong planning and deliverable tracking; attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong presentation skills
