Workstream Lead

WORKSTREAM LEAD WITH SANCTIONS/COMPLIANCE EXPERIENCE - BANKING - £600/DAY

A leading Retail Bank based in London is seeking a WORKSTREAM LEAD WITH SANCTIONS/COMPLIANCE experience to work on a complex project, which offers the opportunity to work in a highly respected organisation.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills within financial services (ideally retail banking):

ESSENTIAL

- Experience of COMPLIANCE/REGULATION within a financial services environment
- Good knowledge and experience of gathering business requirements and defining business designs/processes within financial organisations
- Solid communication skills with ability to liaise with business and IT stakeholders at all levels of the organisation up to Executive level
- Process mapping and requirements definition expertise

PREFERRED

- Experience in planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Previous SANCTIONS EXPERIENCE gained in a Financial Services environment
- Knowledge and awareness of SANCTIONS SCREENING (customer batch and Real Time screening), solutions, principles and current challenges.

EXPERIENCE

- Track record of delivering high-quality project deliverables
- Wide range of proven analytical ability
- Educated to Degree/MBA level to cope with the intellectual demands of the role

As well as proven experience within a banking environment.

This is a business change role not a technical/IT position.
