Workstation Support Analyst

We have an exciting opening for a WORKSTATION SUPPORT ANALYST position with our progressive client in the Columbia, SC area.

This is a 12 MONTH CONTRACT position with an great opportunity for contract renewal. Excellent communication skills required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Monitors/updates dispatch system and works incoming tickets as assigned.
- Provides troubleshooting, technical support and development of end-user guidelines.
- Configures, installs, monitors, and maintains IT users' Workstation software and hardware.
- Ensures proper backing up of data from user workstations and that tools and equipment are licensed and approved by IS purchasing.
- Ensures proper configuration and adherence to security configurations and settings.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

-- Technical operations support experience (Required, 2 years)
-- Face to face customer service (focus) experience (Required)
-- MUST HAVE A+ CERTIFICATION
