Workplace Service Desk - Reservations Agent

The Workplace Solutions Service Desk supports all the company's UKI locations in THREE MAIN AREAS - RESERVATIONS, SWITCHBOARD AND FACILITIES HELPDESK. This contract is initially for 2-month period but the most of the times the contracts are extended.

The successful candidate will have the excellent communication skills required to operate within a Service Desk environment on a Space Management team. Ability to multi-task in high pressured, high volume setting with key customer and quality focused skills. Flexibility, positivity and team work essential to role.

The Reservations team manage all the company's UKI space. This includes booking meeting space, organising large events, booking catering and AV and maintaining all office scheduling.

The successful candidate must display a passion for world-class customer service and enjoy working in a very busy and ever-evolving environment. Experience in Outlook and EMS an advantage.

PLEASE NOTE IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT CANDIDATES HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Previous contact centre experience, ideally in a large corporate environment
- Experience of high volume call handling
- Proficiency in MS Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Experience in a customer-focused role
