Workforce Expansion Project Lead/Workforce Lead/HR Recruitment Project Manager

My London based Public Sector client is seeking a Workforce Expansion Project Lead/Workforce Lead/HR Recruitment Project Manager for a 9+ month contract

Background: The key purpose of this role is to ensure that the recruitment, workforce planning and onboarding activities are fully resourced, aligned and deployed to deliver against the client's ambitious employee growth plan over the forthcoming 6-9 months.

Key Tasks for the Workforce Expansion Project Lead/Workforce Lead/HR Recruitment Project Manager:
* Gather intelligence from teams (Business Services including IT and Facilities, Finance, HR, Organisational Transformation and Project Management Office) and internal customers on both the critical/key 2014-5 people requirements and constraints facing the client.
* Build a costed operational workforce planning tool - (This will create clear visibility of incoming permanent staff for replacementwe welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
