Workflow Consultant

My client is a public sector organisation looking to take on an experienced Workflow Consultant to help on a migration project to shared services.

This role will:

Create, develop and maintain -
*The organisation management structure in line with Shared Service Centre agreed plans.
*User system profiles in line with agreed plans.
*Ensure all roles created and developed are tested in line with the roll out.
*Support the transmission of data to the new organisation in line with planned requirements and *Information Assurance (IA) standards.
*Using Agresso knowledge advise on the overall design and project activity.
*Support the HR and Finance Migration Team Managers to manage and control the current organisational structure throughout the migration period and through stabilisation.

Key tasks:
*Establish user profiles and process ownership.
*Identify alignment of current structure against the future roles and responsibilities structures.
*Develop the workflows necessary to meet operational requirements.
*Identify and define where specific roles may not currently exist and develop these to address business needs.
*Contribute to the successful data migration.
*Support the successful testing process for HR and Payroll

Essential Skills/Knowledge:
*Experience and knowledge of Agresso.
*A proven track record in creating and developing organisational structures and establishing workflow is required
*Programme/project management
*Proven experience of migrating organisations onto ERP solutions (preferably Agresso)
*HR & finance ERP systems
