Workday Reporting Consultant

Prestigious Institution in Chicago Suburbs is seeking a Workday Reporting Consultant for a 5 months contract engagement. The candidate will be mainly responsible for Workday production support, specifically Workday business process incidents and change requests, Workday report development and deployment.

SCOPE OF WORK

- Review assigned incidents and change requests (ie service tickets). These tickets will likely require changes to Workday business processes and/or custom reports.
- Assess and plan effort resources and impacts to complete change.
- Configure Workday business processes or reports to meet business requirements.
- Test Workday business processes or reports thoroughly before release to user testing.
- Document Workday changes via service tickets.
- Deliver assigned tickets tasks and projects by their targeted due dates.
- Document and share weekly status reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

- With a minimum 3 to 4 years of design, configuration and deployment experience using the Workday HCM products
- With a minimum of 2 to 3 years of Workday HCM custom report design, development and deployment experience.
- With experience engaging Workday Support to research and resolve issues.
- With experience, knowledge minimally of ITIL processes.
