Workday HR Data Migration & cutover Manager

My client is currently engaged on a deployment of Workday HR and is looking for an experienced Data Migration/Cutover Manager that has previous involvement in a large scale HR Transformation programme, ideally Workday although the client will consider candidates with PeopleSoft /HR experience.

You will be required to develop the data migration methodology and implementation plan, consolidate the HR data from multiple data sources, design and develop the data migration tool set and liaise with all parties involved in cutover activities. Other duties will include managing and realising the conversion of customer data from Legacy environments using a variety of methods and ETL tools, working with business teams to map data schemas between existing Legacy systems and resolve issues of missing or mismatched data.

Your experience will include but not limited to:- -

Experience with the entire data migration process, migrating large data from Legacy systems; from analysis of existing data, cleansing, validation, translation tables, conversions and subsequent upload into the new platform.

Data manipulation and conversant with moderate to complex SQL query and PL/SQL procedure.

Experience with market leading Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) tools and Database Administration (DBA) knowledge a bonus.
