Workday HCM Consultant - The Netherlands - 6 months +

We are urgently looking for an experienced Workday HCM Consultant for a long term assignment at our client in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.

The client has a large Workday project to implement new solutions in the existing Workday system and support new releases and functionalities for the global HR functions.

Workday HCM profile requirements:

- 8+ years' experience in Human Resources (HR) disciplines
- 3+ years' project experience implementing Workday HCM
- Functional and Technical experience
- Certified in Workday is a big pre
- Workday experience implementing functional areas in: HCM business process, Core HR, Recruiting, Absence Management, Compensation, Performance Management, Benefits
- Bachelor's degree
- English speaking

Consultant must be eligible to work in the specified location

The details of this Workday HCM contract include;

Start date: ASAP (November 2016)

Duration: 6 months initial assignment - extension possible

Rate: depending on your experience

Location: Eindhoven, The Netherlands
