Workday HCM Consultant

*This is a 5 month straight contract*

Prestigious Enterprise Institution is currently seeking a Workday HCM consultant for a 5 month contract role onsite in Batavia, IL. Candidate will review assigned incidents and change requests (ie service tickets). These tickets will likely require changes to Workday business processes and/or custom reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assess and plan effort resources and impacts to complete change.

Configure Workday business processes or reports to meet business requirements.

Test Workday business processes or reports thoroughly before release to user testing.

Document Workday changes via service tickets.

Deliver assigned tickets tasks and projects by their targeted due date.

Document and share weekly status reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3 to 4 years of design, configuration and deployment experience using the Workday HCM products.
- 2 to 3 years of Workday HCM custom report design, development and deployment experience.
- Workday Support to research and resolve issues.
- Experience, knowledge minimally of ITIL processes.
- Can work independently, with limited supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively coordinate delivery across multiple team members whether they be functional or technical.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
