Workday Functional & Technical Consultant

There are 2 roles one for Functional and another one for Technical consultant

Expected starte date:  February 2014 second week

Contract Duration: 6 months

Language: Bilingual - French and english

Work Location in Paris: Paris city

Specific Job Description is as follows:

WORKDAY FUNCTIONAL

•       Should have extensive years of exp in IT as a ERP Functional consultant and on ERP products.

•       Good  functional knowledge on HR, compensation, Payroll, Benefits

•       Possess one - two implementations in workday HCM with work knowledge  on workforce, Organisation Management, Compensation, Benefits, NA Payroll or payroll Interface, Security

•       Hands on Business process configuration, EIB, Reports creation, Data Loads.

•       Workday HCM certified

•       Implementation & Support projects experience is  a must.

•       Should have good communication & client facing skills.

•       Experience on multi country implementation projects would be advantage.

WORKDAY TECHNICAL

•       Should have minimum of exp in IT as a ERP Technical consultant and on ERP products. 

•       Good  programming  knowledge on xml, xslt, Java

•       Possess atleast 1 workday Tools –EIB,iload, Repimplementation experience especially on Report designer, Payroll interface, workday studio.

•       Workday Integration Core certified

•       Implementation & Support projects experience is  a must.

•       Should have good communication & client facing skills.
