Work Assignment Manager - Contract

AN EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE FOR A CONTRACT WORK ASSIGNMENT MANAGER TO JOIN THE CHANGE DELIVERY TEAM WORKING FOR A LARGE ORGANISATION BASED IN LEEDS/BRADFORD.

You will work on complex cross functional projects, working closely with key business stakeholders to successfully deliver quality solutions to meet the business goals.

AS WORK ASSIGNMENT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage all activity associated with the sourcing, induction, availability and capability of contract staff
-

Ensures that the capability and capacity is in place to meet the needs of the overall Change Portfolio.
-

Responsible for managing the contractor resource pool within allocated budget, approving timesheets, tracking and reporting on spend.
-

Responsible for task management of Work Assignment Analysts.
-

Responsible for owning, governing and improving the processes employed within the Work Assignment function.
-

Responsible for the provision of timely and accurate demand, resource availability, resource skill and resource aspiration Management Information to inform resource allocation decisions
-

Ensures that clear work assignments are in place for each engagement.
-

Work closely with Practice Leads to ensure that the appropriate level of quality review is undertaken to maintain on-going successful delivery.

THE SUCCESSFUL WORK ASSIGNMENT MANAGER CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WOULD BE BENEFICIAL:

Experience of producing MI

Experience of KANBAN using JIRA

Experience of Software License Management
