Wonderware Consultant/Architect

OUR CLIENT, IT COMPANY PROVIDING TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS IS CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR WONDERWARE CONSULTANT/SOLUTION ARCHITECT TO WORK ON INITIAL 3 MONTH CONTRACT, BASED IN ROYSTON.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- High level design and Solution Architect role, integrating Wonderware technology into pilot production line.
- Be client facing in project and pre-sales engagements.
- Provide Project (and pre-sales) experience in Wonderware integration with other MES solutions.
- Setup all integration between SAP MII and MES Systems and shop floor manufacturing systems
- Carry out requirements gathering and be able to propose solutions, produce estimates and present to internal/external audiences.
- Deliver projects using agreed project methodologies.
- Configure and build (code ware necessary), write queries, reports and configure Wonderware applications.
- Prepare and follow detailed work plans and schedules - some project planning
- Maintaining close working relationships with other team members and sub-contractors
- Where appropriate, ensuring that the development and user teams are fully briefed on the specification expectations.
- Leading a team of developers

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- Extensive Wonderware knowledge including Wonderware System Platform & MES - from an Architect/Consultant perspective
- Experience of working in Manufacturing/MOM integration projects
- In Depth knowledge of MES (Manufacturing Execution system)
- Knowledge of SAP ME/Visiprice
