Wireless Policy, PCRF Design and Implementation Engineer

Flint Consulting currently have a vacancy for a Wireless Policy, PCRF design and implementation engineer for a 3 month assignment based in Atlanta, Georgia.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for design, implementation and support of wireless policy PCRF platform
- Advanced level skills in design and execution of wireless policies as well as intimate knowledge of Online Charging platform management and support.
- Perform platform manager functions for the PCRF and OCS platforms.
- Perform appropriate level of research and development for future growth and enhancements of wireless data network platforms..

REQUIREMENTS:

- 5 to 7 years at a wireless network operator or at one of telecommunication service providers
- Possess GSM/GPRS/UMTS/LTE industry knowledge and experience.
- Design and implementation experience managing PCRF and OCS network elements at a commercial wireless operator network is required.
- Must possess industry experience in design and engineering of policy rules at a major mobile operator or network solution provider.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Must be self-directed and a self-starter.
- Some LTE design and engineering experience
