Windows Systems Administrator

Our client is looking for a Windows Systems Administrator to join their team based in Perth CBD.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Managing & developing Microsoft Server, Active Directory and VMware ESX infrastructure
- Troubleshooting problems and escalate incidents across the Organisation.
- Monitor and make recommendations on new releases and patches, implementation and testing strategies.
- Implement, evaluate and assist in the design of end-to-end network security solutions.
- Develop policies procedures and other documentation required to support the Windows Systems environment

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

- Hands-on experience in configuration and maintenance of Microsoft Windows and VMware ESX
- Must have previous work experience within a similar medium to large sized enterprise organisation.
- Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Focussed towards customer service
- Mandatory to have ITIL Foundations Certification

GOOD TO HAVE

- VMware Certified Professional (VCP5-DCV)
- MCSE: Service Infrastructure
- MCSE: Desktop Infrastructure
- Citrix Certified Associated
