Duties and responsibilities
1. Operational management, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows server and client OS and applications
2. basic knowledge of SCCM
3. expert knowledge of Windows MDOP components
4. knowledge of Windows DirectAccess
5. expert knowledge of Micosoft Office (main focus functionality and troubleshooting)
6. knowledge of Micosoft Exchange, Lync, Sharepoint
7. expert troubleshooting Windows systems (main focus client OS - secondary focus server Back End)
8. strong Scripting capabilities (Powershell - VBScript)
9. basic knowledge of Application packaging
10. knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and ADFS
11. knowledge of Windows Remote App
12. knowledge of Appsense DesktopNow
13. Interaction with customer & powerusers

Skills and Experience:
knowledge of SCCM 2012
Min. 4 years experience in Windows MDOP components (more specific: MBAM, UE-V, APP-V)
Min. 2 years experience in Windows Direct Access
Min. 4 years experience with Powershell and VBScript
Min. 5 years experience with Windows desktop management (Windows 7 - 8.1 - 10)
Min. 5 years experience with Windows Server management (Windows 2008 - 2012)
Microsoft Certifications is an added value

Languages:
Very good knowledge of Dutch and English
