SKILLS:- - Knowledge and experience developing and supporting the software products used within the Standard Operating Environment (SOE).
- Listed below are the major skill categories with their associated key products. In each category, it is assumed that the applicant has a strong understanding of these technologies and how they can be applied across a network:
- Server hardware and management software Microsoft Windows 2003, 2008 and/or 2012 Server, Active Directory and related management products
- Infrastructure Management (responsible for the management of the software SOE across the network)
- MS SQL including Clustered configurations
- SharePoint
- Microsoft System Centre Suite including: SCCM and SCOM
- Microsoft Exchange
- Lotus Domino Server/Lotus Notes Client
- VMware suite including: ESX, vSphere and View
- Knowledge and experience with TCP/IP especially DNS, DHCP and WDS.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with the management of Dell fault-tolerant network Servers in a VMware ESX and Microsoft Windows Server environment.

High level of Technical Writing, Project Management and ITIL experience.
