The core areas the engineer will work on are: Windows, Citrix, VMWare and Messaging so this is a multidimensional role with plenty of opportunity for the engineers within the team to further develop and diversify their infrastructure skill sets. Ideal skill set/experience: * Windows - AD, server, DNS, shell/powershell * Citrix - XenApp 6.x, Xenserver, edge sight and net scalar * VMWare - vcenter/esx, srm * Messaging - Symantec enterprise vault and Exchange '10 The company have a pretty flat structure for a financial services organisation and a very strong focus upon finding not only the right technologists but also the right company fit in employees.
