Windows Engineer

We are currently looking for a Windows Engineer to support a number of systems for an Air Traffic Management Client in Brussels.

The Engineer will provide assistance in the administration and maintenance of server installations under Windows and test and implement upgrades in Windows Systems utilities, under the supervision and guidance of a Systems Engineer.

Expected tasks:

- Installation, administration and configuration of Windows Servers in hyper-V.
- Administration of Windows utilities including backups, domain controllers.
- Upgrading of Windows systems utilities, including systems testing and end user testing.
- Support to Windows project developments and development tools
- Providing technical support to hardware and software migrations
- Responding to incidents, resolution of issues
- Preparation of environments for testing of upgrades to Windows applications and utilities
- Acting as deputy in case of absence of another members of the team

The successful candidate must have the following:

- Degree in Computer Science and a MCSE Certified Systems Administrator Windows Server is desirable
- Experience in migration of Windows Servers to Hyper-V
- Experience in Networker Virtual Client
- Experience on DL380 Servers
- Experience in documentation of technical procedures
- A good command of English. French desirable
