WINDOWS DESKTOP SUPPORT TECHNICIAN needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Cleveland, OH.

POSSESSION OF A DOD SECURITY CLEARANCE/TOP SECRET/SSBI IS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Providing desktop support to Microsoft Windows 7 users

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- A minimum of four (4) years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Support is required.
- An in-depth knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Windows 7 operating systems, with experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Strong customer service skills to keep the customers' requirements constantly in mind.
- Experience maintaining desktop hardware and software in the federal A minimum of four (4) years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Support is required.

- Have skills consistent with A+ certification.
- Be able to demonstrate the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Active DOD Security Clearance: Top Secret/SSBI required.
