Windows Administrator - Vmware ESX Expertise

Our client, in Zurich is currently looking for a Windows Administrator with Expertise in VMware ESX.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensuring the availability of the Servers exceeds 99.9%
- Completing requested (per Project Managers, Departmental Management, and Application Developers) changes, repairs, and new server builds.
- Installing, troubleshooting, maintaining and coordinating the use and proper operation of the ESX Server environment.
- Documenting, installing, implementing, testing, and performing problem isolation and resolution
- Experience with Windows Operating Systems for Servers (Windows Server 2008)

SKILLS REQUIRED

- Minimum 5 years in Windows Administration
- Expertise in VMware infrastructure 3 preferably a Certified Professional
- Expertise in ESX and vCenter
- Experience with MS Exchange, SAN technology, Active Directory, SQL
- Experience with ticketing systems
- MCSE on Windows Server 2008
- Swiss Resident a must
- German a must
