Wholesale Operations Manager.Urgent*

My client, a large Telecommunications Operator based in MECHELEN, BELGIUM, are looking for a Wholesale Operations Manager. Please see details below.

MUST BE DUTCH SPEAKING

Your team is part of the Wholesale organization. You lead a central team of 10-20 people over time.

Your team ensure that the regulated wholesale service is offered in accordance with the obligations of the provisions adopted by the regulators, both in terms SLAs, operational provisions of the Reference Offer and the requirements for a regulated wholesale offer as the "Chinese walls' obligation.

Your team is responsible for resolving administrative and technical problems with the service to alternative operators.

Occasionally you can represent my client, in collaboration and coordination with colleagues of Regulatory and other departments in meetings with Alternative Operators and regulators.

Have a good knowledge of the wholesale products, processes and systems that your advisors work with daily.

You are responsible for driving the necessary changes for the up to date processes and systems. Your team will also be responsible for preliminary testing of modifications to systems.

You oversees the wholesale billing.

Your focus is on the other hand, the people management of your team. You coach your people so they can develop optimally in their job.

You help advisors further at depth questions or escalations. You get your information from the experts at my client. You ensure that your knowledge about products, processes and systems up to date.

You report on a weekly basis to your manager about the ins and outs of your team and discuss together the performance of your team and your plan.

You motivate your team to communicate ideas for optimization of current processes/procedures and you identifies itself possible improvements.

You are responsible for the proper functioning of any specific tools that are used within your team and to the impact of project tools, the peration of your teamo ... etc fully appreciate.

You can be involved in the recruitment of advisors or projects.

PROFILE:

You have a master degree or equivalent experience.

You have experience in leading an operational team in a customer focused environment, ideally with a telecom operator.

You have a good base to understand the technical aspects of the operator wholesale products and processes.

You are an enthusiastic and strong result driven personality.

You are an empathic people manager: you formulate your goals correctly and you follow it closely. You have a good understanding of your employees. You can respectfully motivate and result oriented coaching, both individually and in groups.

You have an analytical mind and interpret figures quickly. You have a good understanding of processes and systems and can quickly see relationships.

You dare take decisions and think in terms of business.

You are flexible and you feel good in a rapidly changing environment.
