For one of our pharmaceutical clients we are looking for a Wet Lab Team Leader
Start: 05/12/2016
End: 31/01/2017 extension possible
Location: Mittelland (BE/SO/AG)
Work Load: 100%
Some of your tasks and responsibilities will be the following:
- Personnel responsibility and development of the WetLab team (leadership, usage, training, promotion of workplace flexibility, motivation including the introduction of new employees, deployment planning)
- Obligation to report in the case of deviations to the relevant authorities
- Planning and optimisation of resources and infrastructure for a safe WetLab operation
- Creation and modification of the process documents and support employees in maintenance
- Contact for the professional support of other areas (Healthcare Skills Training)
- Collaboration in internal and interdisciplinary projects (ergonomics/work safety, EHS/GHS)
Additional tasks and responsibilities:
- Development of user cancellation fees and cancellation conditions
- Collaborate with users to define and develop the requirements for the use of WetLab
- Communicate with the users and customers of the visitors of the WetLab
Education and Training:
- Completed Vocational training
- At least 5 years practical experience, preferably in health care
- Versed handling of ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office applications
