A leading provider of IT communication services, our client is currently looking for a Dispatch Clerk to join their expanding team at their prestigious offices in Welwyn Garden City. This position will involve working in between the hours of 7am-7pm Saturday-Sunday,

You will be a strong administrator with experience of working in a busy environment. You will be required to manage some key accounts, dealing with employee queries. ensuring customer satisfaction and that optimum service levels are maintained. You will be required to speak to customers on the telephone, take and input orders, and liaise with customers to advise of any issues.

You will have extremely strong IT literacy, including knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, SAP, and prior experience of working within a busy environment. You should have good organisational skills, have the ability to multi task and work efficiently.
