Our client, IT Solutions Provider is looking for a Webtech Specialist for a 3 month contract to be based in Winnersh.
The successful candidate will be expected to manage through to resolution all incidents within the timescales defined in Service Level Agreement (SLA);
SKILLS:
- Secure Web Gateway products:
- Understanding of the concept behind SWG.
- Good background in managing SWG products.
- Be able to investigate any issues with the SWG service and user related issues when access to a website it not working.
- Understanding of producing reports from the SWG.
- ISA/TMG Servers:
- Good background in managing ISA/TMG Servers.
- Investigate any issues with the Firewall service.
- Maintain a Firewall policy using both forward, reverse Proxy rules and Firewall rules.
- Open source Proxy Servers:
- Investigate any issues with the Proxy service
- Making changes to the Proxy configuration
- Good knowledge of at least one of the following
- Finjan/Trustwave SWG
- Websense,
- Bluecoat SWG products
