WEBSPHERE APPLICATIONS DEVELOPER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Phoenix, AZ.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- IBM WebSphere Portal
- IBM Web Experience Factory
- LDAP and Active Directory
- Responsive design
- Oracle database
- Adobe CQ5
- Exposure to Agile Development tools like Rally, RTC

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance of software solutions
- Determine operational feasibility based on requirement analysis and design solutions
- Document and communicate solutions through wikis, flowcharts, code comments, and clear readable code
- Effectively troubleshoot problems and provide solutions
- Triage and resolve production issues

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Six to eight (6-8) years of software development and design experience
- Object Oriented Concepts
- Design Principles
- Development and usage of Frameworks
- Web architecture concepts: session, cache, cookies
- Webservices
- REST architecture
- Performance optimization
- Clustered environments and web farms.
- Agile Methodologies
- Java programming language
- HTML, HTML5, XHTML, CSS
- JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX
- Source control tools like SVN
- Configuration management tools like Maven or Hudson.

- Experience working in large environments.
