Websphere Application Server Support (m/f)

For one of our clients we are looking for a WebSphere Application Server support (m/f). Provide expertise and consultancy for Server Side support of a world-wide Intranet platform. Your team provides support for our customers applications and their underlying infrastructure (web Servers, Middleware, off-the-shelf applications, etc.).

Skills:
You have a deep experience in the following Linux domains based environment:
Mandatory:
- Red Hat 5 and 6 Linux
- Deep knowledge of complex web application
- WebSphere Technology
-  Performance tuning and optimization 
- Capacity management 
- Monitoring and reporting 
- Automation

Required:
- Infrastructure (network, database, VM Ware)
- ITIL base organisation
- Project management style for handling activities and planning (including follow-up and reporting)
- Excellent English skills (main contact in the US)
- Senior communication skills (person works as a bridge between client and provider)
- Possibility for working in sync with US time is a great asset (eg. 1 pm. until 8pm CET)
- Some limited travelling is possible (to US)

Languages: Either French and/or Dutch, excellent knowledge of English
Non-technical requirements: Taking initiative/Well organised/communicator/teamplayer/flexible
