Webmethods Developer or Webmethods SOA and XML Developer

1 year contract for a Sr. Webmethods developer with SOA, XML experience.

Candidates need to have the following skills:

- 5 years or more hands-on design and development experience on webMethods Suite of Products for versions ranging from 7.1 to 8.2.
- 8 years or more experience in enterprise IT across all stages of the SDLC (requirements, design, code, test, deploy).

Coverage of the following webMethods products required:

- Integration Server (IS) 2. Broker 3. My webMethods Server (MWS) 4. Developer & Designer
- Minimum of 5 years of combined professional full life cycle development and sustainment operations experience, with at least 3 months experience in one or more of the following 1. Integration solutions using an SOA platform (examples: TIBCO, Oracle/BEA, IBM, webMethods, Biztalk) 2. Service definition, design or implementation using WSDL and/or SOAP 3. Implementing Business Process Orchestration using BPEL or an equivalent proprietary solution
- Minimum of 3 years application development experience adhering to formal methodologies Minimum of 2 years or more of professional experience with business, functional, and technical requirements gathering
- Minimum of 2 years professional application development experience utilizing release management process and procedures to deploy developed solutions between development, testing, and production environments

Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)

- Ability to complete technical designs that are in line with functional and technical requirements
- Application development experience supporting SOAs (Service Oriented Architectures)
- Application development experience with Web Services (XML-SOAP)
- Experience with configuration and set up of Layer 7 XML Gateway software appliance
- Professional application development
