Description of requirement:

The post is required in the team which is delivering the high-profile Improving Dissemination Programme. This project aims to deliver improvements to data dissemination that is creative, engaging and accessible.

Essential skills
*The person in the role should be an experienced Web developer who can also design web solutions.
*Web Development
*XML/XSLT
*HTML
*CSS
*jQuery
*Must be able to work as an integrated member of a development team.
*Experience of project working and delivering within timeboxes
*Experienced in producing complete solutions including documentation to agreed standards
*Able to work on their own initiative, within agreed parameters and standards
*Have good communication skills - in person and in writing
*Be willing to share their skills and experience with the in-house development team
