SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER 

SUMMARY

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, documentation, implementation, execution, control and completion of a high-profile website development project ensuring consistency with client strategy, commitments and goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead the planning and implementation of project.
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
- Develop, maintain and update full-scale project plan, including work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and budget.
- Extremely detail oriented with the ability to document and breakdown tasks.
- Assemble and coordinate internal and external project staff.
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables.
- Manage the integration of vendor tasks and monitor vendor deliverables.
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
- Provide technical and analytical guidance to project team.
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions and direct solutions of problems.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
- Perform project evaluations and assess results.

QUALIFICATIONS

- BS/BA in related discipline ( ie, Project Management, Program Management)
- PMP certification
- Experience managing marketing, creative or technology projects
- 5+ years of web/technical Project Management experience
- Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal and writing skills
- Experience writing detailed project requirements documentation
- Experience performing website quality assurance
- Experience developing project plans using MS Project
- Experience managing budgets over $500,000
- Strong problem solving skills, responsive and flexible to evolving responsibilities and changing environment
