Web Services Validation Engineer

Our client is a HUGELY POPULAR COMPUTER COMPONENTS COMPANY seeking an Engineer to provide VALIDATION OF WEB SERVICES using .NET TECHNOLOGIES. The candidate in this contract position will work with the engineering team in an agile environment.

REQUIREMENTS

- Software validation experience with C, C#,.NET, ASP.NET and other web services frameworks
- Experience with.NET MVC3 framework.
- Experience with web forms, WSDL, WCF and other web service frameworks
- Experience with Validation of 3-tiered applications
- Experience with databases with SQL 2008, MySQL, including the ability to write SQL queries, write stored procedures and general database administration
- Scripting with Perl/Python/Powershell/Ruby a strong plus
- System Administration and networking experience on Windows and Linux
- Experience working with Virtual Machines (creating, backing up, snapshots, VM networking)
- Some experience using bug tracking and source control systems (Bugzilla, PVCS Tracker, CVS, SVN)
- Must be an able to communicate results and have strong troubleshooting skills
