Web/Graphic Designers (Brussels)

Next Generation Digital Channels Program is introducing a new public website.
2 new Web/graphic designers will reinforce the team with the creation of visual assets such as infographics and product header images.

Function Description
Responsibilities:
- Support the public website content stream with visual content
- Design infographics based on briefings established by copywriters
- Select images that fit the various product pages of the public website
- Crop, edit, retouch images for headers, banners and various elements of the site
- Create and maintain a reusable library of visual assets for future expansion of the site's content stream
- Work in close collaboration with AD, copywriters and design team
- Follow and expand on Brand guideline elements
- Assist in the maintenance of the module catalogue

English, most of the meetings are conducted in English

Experience
3 years of experience / seniority in graphic / web design

Technical Experience
Mandatory
? A proven track record and formal training in the field of Arts
? An outstanding free-hand illustration skill-set
? Ability to translate complex messages into a single illustration
? Expert knowledge of typography, iconography, color and composition
? Expert level knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign (CC).
? Expert level knowledge of image optimization and cut-ups for web implementation
? Experience supporting and/or driving brand requirements
? A background in photography and photo retouching

Preferable
? Preferred experience/ exposure to web banking
