Web Developer HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript Python
This is a position with tech start-up with Series A funding of several million that is building a multi channel platform as part of a disruptive business model that is going to have a global impact. In this business to consumer model the web channel and particularly the user experience is a key factor.
Targeting a global user base of millions this B2C software company is looking for a particularly strong engineer to lead the web development channel. Collaborating with a design/branding team and platform architect you will be given the freedom to make technical decisions and prototype new ideas; you will be able to influence key decisions and see your ideas being used in production by millions of users.
ROLE/OPPORTUNITY:
Lead Web Developer
Designing and building world class User Interfaces for an outstanding User Experience
Join a tech start-up with huge funding and global ambition
Prototyping new ideas and new technology
Estimating, designing and implementing world class UI solutions
Build web-interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Python, JQuery, UI frameworks (Angular.js, Ember.js, Django.js)
Functioning in a highly collaborative environment
Particularly positive working environment in this early stage business
Dublin city centre location
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
6+ years commercial software development
Strong Front End Web Development experience
Proven knowledge of; HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, Python and similar technologies
Experience of high volume websites would be good
Cross-platform experience would be of interest (tablets, phones, PC's)
RATE:
Euro 400-500 per day
6 month contract to extend
Dublin city centre location
