Web Design/Web Developer - Maidenhead - £30k

Do you have creative flair and technical ability (XHTML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Photoshop) and interested in taking full ownership of both creative design and development for multiple client's marketing campaign activities? As a Web / Creative Designer you will assist in the design, implementation and maintenance of client's marketing campaigns activities (paid search, affiliate marketing, banner ads, website optimization). We are looking someone that has worked in areas such as landing pages, emails, micro sites, banner creative and mvt testing. Web Developer/ Creative Designer - Maidenhead - £30,000 Education/Experience Requirements: Essential: - Creativity - to come up with new designs / mocks / creative - Strong (X)HTML skills (non-wysiwyg - handcoding / building pages from scratch) - CSS - Photoshop CS - JQuery (even if it's using plugins and libraries (overlay, tooltip, slider) - Strong interpersonal skills. - Demonstrate ability to problem solve creatively and quickly under pressure.
