IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Meet with users to determine the end users specific needs and feasibility of pending routine projects
-Provide daily support to assigned client base and coordinate with programmers
-Participate in project work, including analysis and requirements definition and testing
-Support standardization of processes, tools and reporting templates
-Support connection with 3rd party tools to enhance existing reports and create additional insights
-Develop and update training materials and user manuals and prepare documentation for assigned products
-Provide actionable in-depth and ad-hoc reports for website and customer profiles
-Provide insightful dashboards
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Experiences in Google or Adobe Analytics+
-Business fluent in English
-Experience in Analytics & Reporting
-Experience in Adobe Dig. Mark. Suite/Data Visualiz. Tools/Digital Marketing/Tableau Software desirable
