We are looking for a SCCM Software Packager
SKILLS:
- 1 year in software management with SCCM
- Demonstrated experience in software packaging techniques
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to write technical documentation in English
CONTEXT:
Following a 3 year project to migrate users from Novell's eDirectory, the Microsoft Active Directory (AD) is now used by the customer workforce for authentication purposes, both at HQ and in the 54 Field Offices as well as Windows Servers for file sharing. SCCM 2012 R2 has been implemented since October 2013 for patch management of the Windows Servers and since June 2015 to patch the Windows desktops and laptops.
The customer has been using Novell Zenworks 11 to deploy and manage its applications to the users on a contract due to end in December 2015.
The organization wants to implement complete software management with SCCM by the end of year. Although 34 of its staff is being trained on this technology, migrating the complete software bundles in a short period of time represents an additional temporary workload.
OBJECTIVE
Deliver software packaging into the production environment for standard and in-house custom bundles.
All bundles have to be packaged between October 19th and December 14th.
