Warehouse Relocation Manager - Medical Devices - Singapore

For one of our key clients we are urgently looking for a Warehouse Relocation Project Manager to lead the implementation of network optimisation project (warehouse consolidation) in Singapore.

YOU NEED TO HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN MEDICAL DEVICES/HEALTHCARE SECTOR.

You will be responsible for transferring the existing activity by their current service provider to the strategic partner. The Project Manager will manage the coordination of different teams (IT, Sales, 3PL team, Logistics Operations) in order to get the future site ready in a timely manner.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Facilitate the implementation of project scope, goals and deliverables
- Execute project tasks on time per project plan
- Coordinate local resources and manage project resource allocation
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Provide direction and support to project team
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Project evaluations and assessment of results

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Qualification in project management or equivalent
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
- Direct work experience in project management capacity
- Proven experience in people management
- Proven experience in strategic planning
- Proven experience in risk management
- Proven experience in change management
- Experience with Microsoft Project Manager software

This project is to start in immediately for 3-4 months.
