My client, an acute trust in the South of England, is looking to engage a Change Manager who has a relevant and recent clinical background as a Matron, Nurse or Ward Manager. This is a key role for the trust with an immediate start.

You will be working as part of the Medical Directorate leading change on a specific ward as part of a wider programme of improvement. Working directly to GM level you will be able to engage with front line staff to ensure the delivery of effective and quality service for patients.

This role would suit a Lead/Senior Nurse, Ward Manager or Matron who has experience of effecting change or turnaround.
