Volume Licensing Field Engagement Specialist

VOLUME LICENSING FIELD ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST OPPORTUNITY

This contract role requires a well-organized individual with excellent coordination and attention to detail, proficient with desktop tools as well as possessing excellent written and verbal English language communications skills to drive a significant number of concurrent customer engagements through field Anti-Piracy personnel.

DESCRIPTION:

- Coordinate VLK blocking processes from key identification through engaging with field Anti-Piracy personnel or directly engaging the customer or reseller partner, concluding with tracking the actual product key block process
- Generate customer engagement info packages including information and messaging required to enable field Anti-Piracy personnel to engage specific customers effectively and efficiently
- Coordinate online conference calls with field personnel, various subject matter experts and customers or reseller partners as needed
- Manage volume of email communications traffic
- Perform product key and customer agreement research in LOB apps
- Initiate and track product key blocking requests
- Systematically capture process and product key information and publish periodic process result reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Written and verbal English language fluency required
- Aptitude to learn three to five Volume Licensing LOB applications
- Aptitude to understand the concepts and some technical details of product keys, product activation and validation
- Ability to work at odd hours on occasion due to global nature of VLK

TOOLS:

- Outlook email management, mail merge, templates
- MS Access - data entry and look-up
- SharePoint - site and document management
- Excel - pivot and charting for status reporting
- MS Word
- MS PowerPoint
- Ability to execute queries from a database (SQL Server preferred)
- CRM tool usage/familiarity a plus

This contract position is expected to be 9 months in duration.
