- Review engineering documentation for accuracy (Marketing Requirements Specs, Product Functional Specs, Packet Cable and DOCSIS Specs)
- Develop test plans, test specifications, and test procedures for IP telephony products (Cable Modems. VoIP Embedded Multimedia Terminal Adapter (eMTA), Cable Modem Termination Systems (CMTS) from system requirements
- Interface with partners and internal developers to debug and test IP Telephony systems
- Execute product & system-level tests
- Troubleshoot/debug problems
- Participate in system integration activities
- Report test results and status (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Author test scripts for automated test execution
- Review documentation for accuracy
- Participate in the configuration management activities
