A leading global financial organisation is looking to hire a Voice and Video IT Technical Analyst to deliver, support and engineer Voice and Videos services and infrastructure.
The analyst will be involved in the support, shaping and continuous improvements of the telephony/audio/video infrastructure, system performance and projects so this is a multidimensional role with fantastic scope for self development.
Key skills:
* Enterprise BAU and Project Driven Telephony and Video skills
* Cisco UCCE - CUCM - CVP and Unity Connection CUCM, CVP UCCE and Polycom Video
* Call Scripting, Call Flows, IVR, Work Force Management and Call Recording
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Other Desirable Experience:
* Business continuity and disaster recovery best practise for Voice/Video
* ITIL service delivery
* Control Management and Relationship management both internally and with third parties
