Voice Systems Coordinator

Our major client near Cleveland seeks an experienced Voice Systems Coordinator to join their team. Candidate(s) should possess a solid technical knowledge of voice systems. AVAYA VoIP system knowledge is preferred. It is mandatory that the candidate possess outstanding soft skills and a professional demeanor as well as the ability to manage, coordinate and execute complex tasks. Project coordination experience and knowledge of project life cycle is a plus. The candidate will be required to work in a fast paced environment and successfully work with vendors and internal support and engineering teams to deploy AVAYA VoIP technologies to over 250 claims branches.
