Voice Surveillance BA

An opportunity has arisen for a skilled Voice Surveillance BA to join a global investment bank.
Candidates should have strong Business Analysis experience around the delivery of voice analytics solutions into enterprise environments (ideally financial services). The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to run a discovery phase which should probably culminate in a formal RFP exercise.

Essential Skills
*Understanding and experience of Voice Analytics/Speech Recognition software
*Cognisance of differences/pros/cons between alternative Phonetic and LVCSR technologies
*Experience of and ability to assist in leading a formal Request For Purchase exercise or similar.

Desirable Skills
*Experience in a surveillance environment.
*Understanding of voice recording hardware and software platforms
*Understanding of workflow tools.
Nice-to-have
*Experience in Voice products eg NICE, Verint, Speakerbus."
