Voice Engineer - Contract

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Design, configure and support the voice infrastructure systems across the bank
- Deploy, maintain and support the multi-vendor environment
- Engineer first class Cisco and Avaya solutions
- Manage vendors to ensure delivery of technology solutions for the bank
- Effectively troubleshoot escalated incidents, ensuring resolution

REQUIREMENTS:

- 7+ years hands-on, commercial experience with voice systems (Cisco, Avaya)
- 5+ years experience in designing enterprise level voice solutions
- A solid understanding of L2/L3 network architecture
- 5+ years experience working within the financial services industry to design and support mission critical voice infrastructure
- Relevant industry certification is highly advantageous
